Supervise the meat department team to meet business goals and provide excellent member service;
Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, updates, and regulatory standards including safety, sanitation, and quality;
Utilize handheld digital tools to forecast, plan, and drive sales and improve operations;
Maintain a neat, clean, and safe work area in the meat department and manage inventory and equipment maintenance;
Develop and train team members, plan staffing, and advocate for associates growth and performance.
