• Safely operate various heavy equipment for excavation, grading, loading, and material handling activities in support of project requirements.
• Inspect equipment before and after use; follow site plans and instructions; maintain clean and organized work areas; adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
• Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete tasks on schedule; respond to changing site conditions; report equipment issues promptly.
• Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required depending on project needs.

• Ability to operate and control heavy equipment and machinery, including experience with equipment operation and heavy equipment use.
• Knowledge of excavation practices and safe work procedures for digging, grading, and site preparation.
• Skills in basic equipment maintenance, including routine inspections, minor repairs, and proper care of used equipment.
• Understanding of workplace safety standards, including PPE use, hazard recognition, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Previous experience as a heavy equipment operator or in a similar construction, agricultural, or industrial environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to meet any required licensing or certification standards for operating specific equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, lift moderate weights, and perform physically demanding tasks safely.
• Reliable communication skills, ability to follow instructions, and willingness to work as part of a diverse team.
