** What You'll Do
** Perform general carpentry and minor construction.  Maintain facilities in a good state of repair and appearance, including walls, ceilings, doors, door hardware, floors and exterior.  Perform routine preventative maintenance.
** Requirements:
** Valid driver's license
** Preferred Requirements:
** Completion of building trades program or equivalent experience
