Repair Technician

• Repair components according to applicable Component Maintenance Manuals, engineering data, and other approved data
• Complete repair work within supervisor-provided time frames
• Maintain shop supply discipline and conserve resources efficiently
• Maintain sufficient consumables to prevent work stoppage
• Ensure tooling and test equipment are properly maintained, stored, and operational
• Coordinate tool and equipment requirements with the supervisor
• Collaborate on process improvement initiatives to improve workflow, increase productivity, and reduce shop flow days
• Ensure all work complies with Liebherr-Aerospace, customer requirements, FAA, and EASA standards
• Train others to troubleshoot assigned LRUs as a Repair Technician Trainer

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in aviation maintenance preferred
• Airframe / Powerplant license or certification preferred
• Repair Technician Trainer requires Level 4 or above on the shop scale
• Trainer must be knowledgeable, complete work within standard times, and effectively teach others to troubleshoot assigned LRUs
• Subject to random and pre-hire drug testing under FAA and company regulations
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

Demonstrates expertise in aviation maintenance, ensuring compliance with FAA and EASA standards while effectively training others in troubleshooting and repair processes. Proficient in resource management and process improvement to enhance productivity and workflow.
