The role covers routine and preventive maintenance across multiple buildings and spaces, requiring mechanical inclination, safety-mindedness, and proactive issue resolution.
You will inspect systems, troubleshoot repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, and assist with openings, renovations, and vendor coordination.
