What you will do
- Manage a complex caseload of individuals with substance misuse needs, delivering structured key work interventions, recovery planning, and ongoing risk management.
- Provide day-to-day guidance, mentoring, and practice support to Recovery Workers and Key Workers to ensure consistent service delivery standards.
- Complete comprehensive assessments, care plans, reviews, and safeguarding interventions in accordance with national guidance and local procedures.
- Utilise Systm One to accurately record all clinical and recovery activities, maintain case records, monitor outcomes, and support contractual reporting requirements.
Person Specification
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care, Substance Misuse, Counselling, or a related field.
- Relevant drug and alcohol intervention training.
- Motivational Interviewing or psychosocial intervention training is desirable.
Registration and Compliance
- Sound knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding legislation.
- Understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Equality Act 2010, and relevant substance misuse treatment frameworks.
- Enhanced DBS clearance is essential.
- Comprehensive key work experience.
- Systm One experience is essential.
