Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $33.00/hr; base pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. ResponsibilitiesThe Roadside Technician is an emergency response tire technician for semi-truck fleets. When a customer experiences a tire failure, the Technician is dispatched to the location to repair or change the tire. During periods with no service calls, Technicians will help mount orders, clean and organize the shop, and perform general duties as needed.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Servicing commercial tires, including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
- Performing match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
- Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
- Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements; wearing proper PPE, using tire cages, and following all safety policies and procedures.
This position includes mandatory on-call rotation. Technicians are expected to respond to after-hours service requests—including evenings and weekends—with a high rate of acceptance. All after-hours service calls are compensated at a premium pay rate with guaranteed minimums.

- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous commercial service tire experience
