CDL A Drivers Home Weekends $98K-$114K/Yr (Full Time)

Class A CDL Truck Drivers with a minimum of 3 months verifiable Class A experience (local, regional, OTR) can earn $1,900–$2,200 per week, get home every week, and receive a $2,000 sign‑on bonus with full benefits starting after 30 days. Benefits include medical, dental, 401(k), and PTO.

• Pay: starts at $.70–$.80 CPM with raises every 6 months. Earn $25 per stop and $240 per trailer unload, with average weekly pay of $1,900 and top drivers earning over $2,200 per week.
• Sign‑on bonus: $2,000 paid in installments ($500 after first load, $500 after 30 days, $1,000 after 60 days).
• Home time:
  Home weekly and on weekends 80% of the time.
• Touch freight: 100% touch freight; drivers place lightweight boxes (1–18 lb) on a conveyor belt—no inventory, stocking, or store entry required.
• Modern equipment:
  Drive Freightliner and International trucks equipped with automatic transmissions and APUs.
• Paid training: 5 days paid training at $150 per day.
• Benefits: PTO, medical, dental, and 401(k) available after 30 days.
• Pet policy:
  Bring riders and pets after completing training.

• Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time).
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No major moving violations in the last 12 months.
• No major at‑fault CMV accidents in the last 5 years (injury, jack‑knife or rollover).
• No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last 2 years.
• No more than 3 preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last 2 years.
• No more than a total of three major or minor accidents in the last 2 years.
• No more than three jobs in the last year.
• If terminated from a previous job for safety, must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered.
