Macy's is hiring a Core Trainer to support onboarding and task-based training for Seasonal and Core Colleagues in our Maryland facility. You will demonstrate knowledge of all job tasks within your department and deliver high-accuracy training and coaching.
This role is cross-trained across areas, develops colleagues, ensures safety, quality and productivity, and partners with Warehouse Managers to close gaps and standardize practices. Hours include weekends; full-time schedules 30+ hours weekly.
