You'll lead your own crew while working alongside them to complete residential basement waterproofing projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Your day will include:
- Leading and motivating your crew on every project
- Planning each job by reviewing work orders and project plans
- Communicating with homeowners and keeping them informed throughout the project
- Solving problems in the field to keep projects on schedule
- Performing basement demolition and preparing work areas
- Installing sump pumps and completing basic plumbing work
- Removing and reinstalling toilets, sinks, washers, and dryers when needed
- Completing concrete patching and basic restoration work
- Operating construction equipment and company vehicles safely
- Training and mentoring crew members while maintaining high standards for safety and workmanship
Within your first year, you'll:
- Run projects confidently from start to finish
- Build a productive crew that works safely and efficiently
- Deliver consistently high-quality workmanship

- Have experience leading construction crews

- Stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
- Keep projects organized and moving forward
- Have a valid driver's license
- Can obtain or already hold a DOT certification
