Job Overview

As a Warehouse Colleague, you will move merchandise and help create a seamless, customer‑focused experience behind the scenes. You will receive, store, pick, pack, sort, and ship items while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

• Receiving and Unloading:
  Load and unload cartons and merchandise from delivery trucks and conveyor systems.
• Sorting and Organizing:
  Lift, carry, push, and pull packages on a continuous basis.
• Processing:
  Complete all receiving and shipping activities promptly and in accordance with productivity standards.
• Technology:
  Input data accurately using PCs, handheld computers, radio frequency equipment, or similar devices.
• Safety:
  Perform job functions safely and report accidents or hazards to the safety committee.
• Equipment:
  Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed.

Work with speed and accuracy, handle merchandise with care, and pack each customer's package thoughtfully and neatly.

• No education or experience required.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with reliable attendance.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules and procedural manuals.
• Self‑starter who adapts quickly to changing customer expectations and needs.
• Proficient with computers and handheld technology.
• Can understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.

• Stand or walk around the facility for prolonged periods (up to 12 hours).
• Use computers and handheld electronic equipment frequently.
• Reach, crouch, kneel, stoop, push, and pull as required.
• Lift and move items weighing 50‑75 lbs.
• Have close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Hear and see safety/emergency alarms and industrial truck warning devices.
