• Accurately take and process orders and transactions in person or by phone.
• Handle sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly.
• Execute credit transactions and provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers in person or by phone.
• Support the restaurant by performing other workstation duties, cleaning, and maintaining equipment.
• Assist teammates by being on time, supporting other workstations, and completing closing duties.
• Operate all equipment, clean daily, and prepare ingredients and products.
• Calculate and provide correct monetary change and perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Stock ingredients from deliveries, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork.

• Standing, walking, and sitting tasks throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Push or pull trays on dollies requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force.
• Climb stairs or ladders infrequently.
• Reaching above or below 72 inches and bending for up to 45 seconds at a time.
• Frequent use of hands, eye–hand coordination, and forceful tasks with pizza dough and equipment.

• Exposure to varying indoor and outdoor temperatures (36–90° or higher).
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.
• Cramped spaces such as walk‑in coolers and hot equipment.
• Noise from telephone conversations, equipment, and kitchen operations.

• Minimum age 16 years old.
• Basic math and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Cross‑trained for other workstation duties as needed.
• Bilingual capability in certain markets (optional).
• Non‑exempt, hourly position.
