Day to Day:
This role will improve overall staff effectiveness/performance through the application, administration, development and
coordination of individual and group training, which are consistent with and in support of Central's organizational strategies and priorities. Other day-to-day activities may include:
* Design/schedule/coordinate/conduct employee training sessions with a designated curriculum (including refresher and/or training updates) and within bank assigned compliance and regulatory standards.
* Evaluate/formulate training materials/outlines, classes/setup, and determine the appropriate instructional methodology, utilizing individual training, group instruction, and creative strategies (guest speakers, demonstrations, and workshops); select and/or develop training aids including computer software, manuals, audio/visual supports, and tutorials.
* Track the progress of trainees through routine assessments, surveys, observations, and feedback from managers/supervisors; and evaluate the effectiveness of the current training.
* Develop/complete required training reporting and documents.
* Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Experience:
You may be wondering what we are looking for in a candidate. Qualified candidates should have three to five years of similar or related experience. Additionally, applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in a related field or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree. Candidates should have great organizational and communication skills. Experience facilitating training and creating training materials is a must.
A proficiency in a wide variety of computer products to include Microsoft Office Suite products should be demonstrated. Ability to collaborate and communicate across departments is essential. Travel is required for this position.
