Gymnastics Instructor

Life’s too short to not work someplace awesome! We’re looking for a rockstar instructor to join our team. Our ideal full‑time team member works approximately 25–30 hours per week with a mix of morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend classes. Flexible scheduling is available for those interested in weekend‑only hours.

• Introduce children to the fun and educational aspects of The Little Gym’s learning environment.
• Teach classes using our proven curriculum and teaching method (training will be provided).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children in each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – every week.

• Background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or a related field is a plus.
• Passion for working with children and ability to engage them with energy and enthusiasm.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with children and parents.
• Team‑player attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within a long‑term role.

$16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Full‑time, 25–30 hours per week with flexible scheduling across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. The position offers consistent scheduling, training, and the opportunity to work in a supportive, community‑focused environment.
