We are hiring an experienced Automotive Controller with strong CDK Drive expertise to lead our accounting operations and ensure timely, precise financial reporting that drives smart decisions.

This is a leadership position for someone who takes ownership and sets the standard.

• Oversee all dealership accounting functions using CDK Drive
• Deliver accurate monthly financial statements by the 10th of each month
• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and financial schedules
• Ensure factory reporting and lender requirements are accurate and on time
• Maintain strong internal controls and safeguard company assets
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and compliance processes
• Partner with the GM and department leaders to drive performance
• Develop and hold the accounting team accountable to high standards

• 3+ years of dealership Controller or Assistant Controller experience
• Advanced knowledge of CDK Drive
• Strong understanding of dealership financial statements
• Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail
• Confidence to enforce process and protect the company
• High character and personal accountability
