Check all products for accuracy against quality standards and deliver products to customers safely, courteously, and timely while working as part of a team. Support the restaurant by performing other workstation duties. Comply with Domino’s uniform, appearance, operations standards and federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pre‑delivery vehicle preparation.
• Learn the delivery area, checking orders for quality and accuracy.
• Follow proper delivery procedures and provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone.
• Deliver pizza to individual customer homes.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Handle sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly.
• Execute credit transactions and make bank deposits as necessary.
• Assist teammates by being on time for shifts, supporting other workstations, and completing closing duties, including cleaning.
• Navigate adverse terrain within designated delivery area, including multi‑story buildings and private homes.
• Operate all equipment, clean facilities daily, and perform other assigned workstation duties such as making quality products, preparing ingredients, taking orders.
• Perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately and quickly, using a calculator when needed; make correct monetary change.
• Use motor vehicle safely.

Physical Demands:

• Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting.
• Lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds; carry trays up to 12 pounds.
• Reach up to 72 inches and down to perform tasks.
• Operate hands continuously with eye‑hand coordination.
• Operate vehicles during deliveries.

Work Conditions:

• Varying weather conditions, in‑store temperatures 36–90°F, exposure to cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500°F, and cramped quarters.
• Communication via phone, visual tasks requiring near and mid‑range vision, ability to differentiate hot/cold surfaces.

Education and/or

Experience:

High School diploma or GED.

Additional Information:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license under state law, acceptable motor vehicle record, proof of insurance, and vehicle suitability.
• Must be able to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Must be cross‑trained and perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed.
• Bilingual required in certain markets.
• Non‑exempt, hourly position. Split pay wage based on in‑store and on‑the‑road rates.
