• Work with hand tools, knives, machinery, and other equipment to process meat products for the consumer.
• Maintain a safe and efficient production line to ensure products reach families across America.
• Support coworkers and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Perform essential production tasks and support your coworkers with attention to detail and strong work ethic.

• Perform tasks requiring continuous/repetitive movement, including grasping, pinching hands, flexing and extending arms.
• Stand on concrete and/or platforms for up to a 12‑hour shift.
• Work around animal blood and/or carcass parts.
• Work with a knife (if trained).
• Work in cold areas (approx. 20‑40°F) or warm areas (over 100°F).
• Work in wet and humid environments.
• Wear hard hat, hearing/eye protection, steel‑toed safety shoes.
• Operate in noisy environments with PPE.
• Use sanitation/cleaning chemicals.
• Work around strong smells/odors.
• Climb/move on ladders, steps, stairs, walkways, and platforms.
• Bend, stoop, twist repetitively throughout shift.
• Walk long distances.
• Might require certification to operate equipment.
• May involve repetitive overhead lifting up to 30lbs and single lifting up to 60lbs.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Willing and able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Must be able to work scheduled shift and may be required to work overtime.
