• Shift – Any available shift
• Starting pay is $24 to $30 (commensurate with experience)

As an Offset Press Operator, your intermediate to high-level knowledge will play a key role in supporting the operation of our Komori offset press, plating device, and other press equipment. You will utilize your offset printing knowledge to assist with production, troubleshooting, maintenance, quality control, and continuous improvement efforts while working under the guidance of a Level III Operator.

• Read and interpret job tickets and production requirements
• Operate press and plating equipment with an intermediate to advanced level of proficiency
• Load paper, ink, and materials needed for production
• Review press sheets for flaws, content, register and backup
• Troubleshoot print and job planning issues to maintain efficient production output
• Mix PMS colors to customer specifications
• Assist with press startup, shutdown, maintenance, and cleaning
• Communicate effectively with production teams to meet scheduling goals
• Follow safety procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 4+ years of experience working in a pressroom on offset press equipment
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of offset printing processes
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to understand math, decimal points, and reading a ruler
• Acceptable criminal background check
