Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Job Type: Hourly, Full‑time (32 to 40 hours per week)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, daytime shifts (no weekends, no holidays)

Victory Clinic is a TMS and SPRAVATO REMS certified treatment center dedicated to helping patients heal from treatment‑resistant depression. We provide compassionate patient care, teamwork, and a supportive environment.

• Supervise and provide patient care for patients receiving TMS and SPRAVATO treatments
• Monitor patient vitals and administer depression and anxiety screening tools
• Keep medical records up to date, complete new‑patient intakes, and assist provider with new‑patient consults and follow‑up appointments
• Obtain referrals for patient care and complete insurance prior authorizations
• Maintain medication logs and reorder medications as needed
• Comply with all SPRAVATO REMS certification policies and procedures, and assist with audits
• Communicate with patients and encourage them in their treatment plan (in person, by phone, and HIPAA‑compliant text and email)
• Assist with front‑office duties as needed (checking patients in and out, collecting copays, and answering the phone)

• Registered nurse licensed in Kansas (BSN preferred; LPN/LVN considered)
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or spa industry is a plus
• Knowledge of TMS and SPRAVATO is not required (training is provided)
• Strong teamwork, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Physical fitness sufficient to operate the TMS system
• Comfortable with hands‑on patient care in a mental health setting
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, seizure first aid training; TMS system training provided by Victory Clinic and must be completed within three (3) months of start date

Professional, peaceful, and patient‑oriented environment in a medical office setting; opportunities for professional development. The TMS system is a heavy magnet; persons with pacemakers or pregnancy should not work near it.

Applicants must provide at least three (3) professional references (two must be supervisors/managers), pass background and credit checks, job fit testing, and a drug screen.
