As a Charge Nurse (LPN), you play a vital role in leading your team, supporting residents, and creating a calm, organized, and compassionate environment.

• Lead and support nursing assistants in accordance with facility policies, regulations, and best practices

• Ensure accurate, timely charting and documentation every shift

• Prepare and administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

• Provide handson nursing care while serving as a resource and leader for your team

• Help create a warm, calm, and resident focused environment

• Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized care areas

• Show reliability through strong attendance and punctuality

• Protect resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times

• Previous LPN experience preferred but not required

• Current Kansas Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

  • IV certification preferred

  • Compact Nurse license accepted

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Professional, friendly, and team focused attitude

• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs

• $5,000 signon bonus for fulltime positions

• Stable, fulltime schedule with no scheduled weekends
