Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. For complete job duties and requirements, see the Job Description.

Online order fillers and delivery associates get to shop for customers and choose the right items for customers. This position is fast paced, engaging customers, and requires juggling multiple tasks. They dispense orders to customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process. The pace can be intense especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons, and includes helping in‑store customers as needed.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
