We're looking for motivated, self-driven Sales Representatives to grow our esports division by introducing organizations to our custom Team Shop program. This is a 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.
What You'll SellTeam Shop packages:
Starter ($75), Standard ($150), Elite ($300), Legendary ($500).
Prospect esports organizations, conduct outreach, present Team Shop packages, build relationships, follow up consistently, coordinate onboarding after sales, maintain accurate CRM/lead records, and submit weekly activity reports.
Performance Benchmarks- Follow up with existing prospects
- Submit one weekly report
Include new leads, organizations contacted, follow-ups, meetings, deals in progress, closed sales, and notes. Reports help prevent duplicate outreach and provide coaching.
Compensation20% commission on every Team Shop sold.
Elite Team Shop ($300): +$20 bonus.
Legendary Team Shop ($500): +$50 bonus.
Bonus Eligibility:Additional package bonuses apply only when the Team Shop is sold at full retail price. If any discount or promotional pricing is applied to a Team Shop package, the standard 20% commission will still be paid, but the Elite/Legendary package bonus will not apply.
After closing 5 Team Shops in a calendar month, every additional Team Shop earns an extra 5% commission for the remainder of that month.
Policy RationaleThis policy encourages representatives to maximize value while still allowing flexibility to offer approved discounts when necessary.
QualificationsInterest in esports or gaming preferred. Strong communication skills. Comfortable using Discord, email, and social media. Organized, self-motivated, and professional. Sales experience is helpful but not required.
