The Department of Family & Community Services is recruiting an Accounting Technician 1 in Juneau! This position is open to Alaska Residents only. Please check our residency definition to determine if you qualify.
What You Will Be Doing:
The Department of Family and Community Services is hiring for an Accounting Technician 1 in our Juneau Office! In this role, you will be responsible for completing a range of accounting support duties including processing accounts payable and travel documentation. Under the direction of the Accounting Technician 2, you will reconcile OTPAYS, TAPRCs, PRCCs, GAXs, INs, and PRCs; booking travel for staff, creating and reconciling TAPOs and ensuring all final trip receipts are accurately recorded.
