Prudhoe Bay Maintenance Field Operations Administrative Assistant

Assist the Prudhoe Bay Maintenance Team Managers, Foreman, Leads and Team Members in carrying out field operations administrative support as needed.

Educational Requirements
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent. Some college preferred.
Experience and Background
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively: both oral and written
  • Ability to accurately solve problems and exceptional proficiency in data management
  • Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities
  • Adaptability to get along with a diverse group of highly productive teams
  • Ability to perform tasks and achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and precision
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills
  • Outstanding administrative and organizational skills
  • Must have knowledge/experience with basic computer skills
  • High proficiency in the use and application of the following software:
    Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) - advanced Excel experience required
  • Ability to adapt to in-house software programs
  • Must be able to make quick and critical decisions while managing multiple sources of incoming and outgoing information
  • Must have high level of integrity and handle workload and requests with confidentiality and discretion
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials and vendors
  • Prudhoe Bay rotational work experience preferred.
  • Prudhoe Bay field knowledge a plus.
Job Duties
  • Assists with daily operations, including initiating and responding to all levels of administrative requests from Managers, Foremen, Leads and Contractors
  • Process purchase orders in SAP
  • Assist vendors with payment inquiries in SAP
  • Coordinate travel and tours
  • Meeting organization
  • Supply procurement
  • Event coordination
  • Member of HTE Incident Management Team
  • Responsible for all other general office and administrative duties and supporting management and staff with additional support as requested
  • Other duties as assigned by Management
Certificates, Licenses, or Other Requirements
  • Driver’s License that meets ICE Services insurance criteria.
  • NSTC required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Pass background check
  • Pass UA & pre-hire fit for duty test
