Overview
Project Assistant (Exempt-PCN 16T022) in Multiple Locations, AK. This position is exempt from the Hiring Freeze. Open to Alaskan Residents only. Location may be Anchorage, Juneau, or Wasilla depending on the most qualified candidate.

What you will be doingYou will provide essential support to the Eligibility Modernization Office (EMO) project team by helping to keep projects, documentation, and administrative activities organized and on track. Responsibilities include project tracking, reporting, and document management; coordinating reviews and approvals with internal staff and external vendors; and ensuring project tasks, deliverables, and milestones stay on schedule. You will also provide administrative and contract support, including invoicing, procurement and contract activities, meeting coordination, and general office operations.
Additionally, you will manage access to project tools and systems for contractors, support communication and reporting, and collaborate with project managers and team members to support the success of EMO initiatives.
