Rheumatology Medical Administrative Assistant

Location:

OPA University Lake Building – Anchorage, Alaska – Full-Time.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Salary Range: $15.00 - $27.00 (DOE)

Responsibilities
  • Assist providers with patient flow within the care‑team model
  • Primarily assists in administrative areas including surgery scheduling and scanning
  • Maintain appointment flow and organization in EHR
  • Answer patient calls and follow up with patients
  • May assist with environmental tasks and prepare for next day clinic
