Job Summary

The Market Support Coordinator supports the day-to-day effectiveness of North America’s in-field Market teams by coordinating communications, meetings, tools, and operational processes. This role partners closely with Directors of Sales and other stakeholders to fulfill field team “help-chain” requests, leveraging centralized resources as needed for field support, and ensuring optimal field team responsiveness to dealer requests. The Coordinator helps ensure timely, consistent communication responses to dealer needs, promotes standardized ways of working across markets, and manages common logistics (e.g., onboarding, licensing compliance, fleet administration, and event support) that enable the field organization to operate efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate North America’s weekly field team meetings and ad hoc meetings where stakeholders share important updates and information with the field team members
  • Create calls, including agendas, logistics, materials, minutes/recaps, and action-item follow-up
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve field tools, templates, communication channels, systems, and reporting to enable timely execution of field priorities
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of new field team members
  • Ensure all field team members are properly licensed to conduct business in their respective areas of responsibilities
  • Serve as primary contact for the company car program, including fleet coordination, vendor communication, vehicle assignments, policy adherence, and issue resolution
  • Execute field recognition and other related engagement programs for the field team, including scheduling, communications, tracking, and fulfillment of awards/acknowledgments
  • Assist in planning and executing field conferences and regional market meetings (venues, travel, budgets, suppliers, run-of-show, and post-event follow-up)
  • Serve as the help-chain point of contact for the field team and North America leadership by triaging requests, coordinating solutions with cross-functional partners, and communicating status to stakeholders

Experience Requirements

Required

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience in operations, sales/field support, coordination, or administrative program management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; proven stakeholder and relationship management skills across field, leadership, and cross-functional partners
  • Demonstrated organization and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy, attention to detail, and strong customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Experience supporting meeting and event logistics, documentation (agendas/recaps), and process standardization across a distributed team
