As an Office Assistant 1, you'll play a vital role in keeping the Division's workflow efficient, accurate, and compliant with state procedures, helping our team deliver lending services that strengthen Alaska's economic future.

Key responsibilities include:

* Greet visitors and assist borrowers, vendors, and agency partners with basic inquiries.

* Answer and route incoming phone calls while providing courteous, accurate information to the public and internal staff.

* Scan, file, and maintain loan documents, correspondence, and records in both physical and electronic formats.

* Ensure documents are properly labeled, organized, and stored in accordance with the division's retention policies.

* Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing and certified mailings.
