What You Will Be Doing
This position serves as an Administrative Officer for the Division of Administrative Services. The role supports budgeting, accounting, payroll, procurement, travel coordination, and human resources activities. The officer works closely with division leadership to coordinate projects, improve processes, and ensure compliance with state policies. Responsibilities include budget development and tracking, processing financial transactions, coordinating recruitment and personnel actions, supporting procurement and travel, and maintaining records.
