What We Do

Flex Part‑Time Receptionist / Escrow Support

Location:

Juneau, Alaska

Schedule:

Flexible, Part‑Time (hours vary based on business needs)

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented team member to support our Juneau office. This hybrid role combines front‑desk responsibilities with administrative support for escrow operations. The ideal candidate is organized, customer‑focused and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Reception / Front Desk
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and route incoming calls promptly
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and assist with office coordination
Escrow Support
  • Assist escrow officers with file setup, document preparation, and data entry
  • Order payoffs, tax information and other required documents
  • Prepare and review escrow‑related paperwork for completeness
  • Support closing processes and ensure timely follow‑up on outstanding items
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with company and regulatory standards
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous receptionist, administrative or escrow/title experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing workload
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation

Pay Range: $17.68 – $23.56 Hourly
