What you will be doing:You will lead the Juneau Public Health Center’s administrative team, ensuring clients and customers receive excellent service and creating smooth, efficient operations for nursing staff.
ResponsibilitiesThe role involves overseeing administrative processes, coordinating team activities, maintaining records, and supporting the nursing workforce to deliver high‑quality public health services.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of office work experience providing clerical support: reception duties, answering routine questions, retrieving information, recording expenditures, and typing correspondence.
- Valid Alaska driver’s license.
- Proficiency in typing; knowledge of operating motor vehicles may be required.
