Job Summary

At Mass General Brigham Home Care, every interaction matters. As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, families, visitors, and staff, creating a welcoming and supportive experience while keeping our office running smoothly.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll help ensure patients, visitors, and staff receive timely and professional support by:

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Greeting visitors and assisting with sign‑in procedures
  • Creating and preparing admission books and patient‑related documents
  • Providing administrative support to clinical and office staff
  • Managing multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day
  • Serving as a liaison between the public and the organization
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting daily office operations
What You’ll Bring
  • Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Epic experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy environment
  • Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff
  • Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional service

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Receptionist experience 0–1 year preferred
