In this role, you’ll help ensure patients, visitors, and staff receive timely and professional support by:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Greeting visitors and assisting with sign‑in procedures
- Creating and preparing admission books and patient‑related documents
- Providing administrative support to clinical and office staff
- Managing multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day
- Serving as a liaison between the public and the organization
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting daily office operations
- Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Epic experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff

Qualifications- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Receptionist experience 0–1 year preferred
