The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Juneau shop, is seeking a Mechanic, Automotive, Advanced Journey/Lead to maintain and repair vehicles and equipment. Occasional travel to remote sites by small plane may be required, with day trips and overnight stays.
Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, and electrical systems; ordering parts; maintaining accurate work orders.
