Job Description & How to Apply Below

The Oracle Health Medication Administration team is responsible for delivering innovative solutions that help clinicians safely and efficiently administer medications across acute, ambulatory, and specialty care settings. Medication administration is one of the most critical moments in healthcare delivery, directly impacting patient safety, clinical outcomes, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and clinician satisfaction.

Our mission is to transform medication administration through modern, intelligent, and highly integrated experiences that reduce cognitive burden, streamline clinical workflows, and improve patient safety. We are reimagining medication administration by combining workflow optimization, interoperability, mobile experiences, clinical decision support, barcode medication administration (BCMA), device integrations, and AI-enabled capabilities into a unified product strategy.

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to define and drive the future vision, strategy, and execution of medication administration across the Oracle Health Electronic Health Record platform. This individual will serve as a product leader responsible for shaping long-term product direction, influencing investment priorities, and driving high-impact initiatives that improve the experiences of clinicians and patients alike.

The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership with exceptional execution capabilities and a passion for solving complex workflow challenges. You will work across engineering, UX, clinical stakeholders, customers, interoperability teams, consulting organizations, and executive leadership to deliver innovative solutions that create measurable customer and business value.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can operate comfortably across product vision, customer discovery, roadmap planning, and delivery execution while influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations and disciplines.

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of owning product strategy, roadmap development, and successful delivery of complex software products.
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, UX, operations, customer-facing teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product vision, influence investment decisions, and drive measurable business and customer outcomes.
  • Strong customer discovery, product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap management skills.
  • Experience developing product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business cases for enterprise software products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data and customer insights to guide decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Healthcare IT, Clinical Informatics, Electronic Health Records (EHRs), Digital Health, Healthcare Operations, or related healthcare technology domains.
  • Experience with medication administration workflows, medication safety initiatives, pharmacy systems, clinical workflow applications, or healthcare interoperability.
  • Experience leading platform modernization, workflow transformation, or AI-enabled product initiatives.
  • Experience working with enterprise SaaS, workflow automation, intelligent systems, and highly regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with barcode medication administration (BCMA), infusion management, smart device integrations, interoperability standards, clinical decision support, or related healthcare technologies.
  • Experience engaging directly with executive stakeholders and large enterprise customers.
  • MBA, advanced technical degree, clinical degree, or equivalent experience.
