What you will be doing:- Leading complex research projects involving data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting for Public Assistance programs.
- Developing and maintaining manuals, spreadsheets, computer programs, algorithms, and analytical methods to manage and evaluate data.
- Serving as a data expert by responding to research requests, combining data sources, forecasting costs and benefits, evaluating policy impacts, and identifying potential fraud.
- Preparing clear tables, charts, reports, and documentation for program managers, state and federal agencies, legislators, and the public.
- Working independently while collaborating with program and policy staff, coordinating supporting staff when needed, and maintaining current knowledge through training and cross-functional work.
