Responsibilities

• Ensure business process functionality is properly utilized in business unit locations.
• Provide on‑site and off‑site support to those locations.
• Evaluate existing business processes to identify and execute improvement initiatives within a defined business unit or process.
• Assist in developing, delivering, and training on programs or presentations that communicate process revisions to the organization.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience and knowledge of the area in which processes are being evaluated and improved.
• Ability to work on a team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Project management skills.
• Experience with problem/situation analysis.
• Planning skills.
• Computer skills.
• Technical expertise.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
