Aviator Suites Hotel is a newly remodeled property preparing for a June opening in Juneau, Alaska. We are building a strong, service-focused team from the ground up and are looking for associates who enjoy connecting with people and creating great first impressions.

Position Summary

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing excellent guest service while managing the check-in and check-out process. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience, especially during the busy summer tourism season.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and provide a warm, professional welcome
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations accurately
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
  • Assist guests with requests, directions, and local recommendations
  • Resolve guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and handle cash or payment transactions
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Follow all company and brand service standards
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience required; hotel experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak summer months
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems
  • Reliable and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude and team mindset
