We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Customer Service Team as an Office Assistant 3. In this vital role, you will provide essential support to the Customer Service Supervisor, Accounting Technicians, and fellow Office Assistants, helping to ensure the seamless operation of our daily activities.

As an Office Assistant 3, you'll play a vital role in keeping the Division's Customer Services section's workflow efficient, accurate, and compliant with state procedures, helping our team deliver lending services that strengthen Alaska's economic future.
Key responsibilities include:
- As the welcoming and dependable point of contact for our Customer Service section, you will deliver outstanding service to both current and prospective borrowers, whether in person or over the phone, while guiding them to the appropriate resources within our division.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls while providing courteous, accurate information to the public and internal and external staff
- Serve as backup to Office Assistant 1, for daily runs utilizing one of the division's vehicles, transporting documents to and from other businesses and state agencies.
- Ensure documents are properly labeled, organized, and stored in accordance with Division retention policies
