Call Centre Agents Needed

Experience in the home improvement sector preferred but not essential as full training will be given; you must be confident and have an upbeat and enthusiastic personality.

Call Centre Agent main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Making outbound calls
• Processing customers applications and converting to appointments/leads
• Building rapport with customers
• Updating the CRM system
• WARM CALLING ONLY
