Manage the dock team, oversee dock operations, and greet guests on the pier to guide guests to their designated tour.

As Dock Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing our customer service team and daily dock operations, inventory management, transportation coordination, tour count reconciliation, dispatching tour departures and overall operation of the dock office. Administrative duties include staff scheduling, processing financial documents, data entry and other duties as assigned. Professional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, ability to remain calm under pressure, computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel are required.

Be prepared to work outdoors in inclement weather. Duties will include but are not limited to:

Performing the duties of a Dock Representative (see Dock Rep job description).

Managing tour inventory and guest service issues with cruise line Shore Excursion Managers

Timely completion of financial processes, invoicing and tour reconciliation paperwork

Greeting guests and managing tour dispatch

Creating a positive, professional culture and work environment

Understanding and compliance with company safety & operational policies
