Join South East Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) – a distinguished non‑profit health consortium dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to the residents of beautiful Southeast Alaska. We are seeking a full‑time Pediatric Dentist to join its established and collegial team at our Children’s Dental Clinic. Outfitted with the latest pediatric dental technology, the clinic is designed to provide high‑quality, comprehensive oral healthcare in a supportive and child‑friendly environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced dental professionals who are passionate about serving the unique needs of children and families in Southeast Alaska.

The new three‑story dental clinic is scheduled to begin serving the Juneau community in February 2027. The facility will offer Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics and General Dentistry services, along with visiting specialists. As one of the largest Native‑run healthcare organizations in the United States, SEARHC is committed to providing quality healthcare that honors the traditions of Alaska Native people and American Indians, while ensuring that advanced medical technologies are made accessible to all.

The new $300million Mt. Edgecumbe Medical Center opened in Sitka, April
2026 and in2021 we opened the $30million Wrangell Medical Center, located in Wrangell. With plans to build a third critical‑access hospital in Haines. In addition to the dozens of established outpatient clinics and traveling clinics throughout the region.

• Compensation salary: $320,000‑$360,000 based on years of experience.
• Financial incentives: $35,000 Sign‑On Bonus and $25,000 relocation assistance with three‑year commitment.

  Schedule:
  
  Full‑time – Four‑day work week with no call responsibilities.
• Traveling Clinic:
  Six to Eight times annually. This role also offers the unique chance to participate in outreach clinics throughout Southeast Alaska, delivering essential dental services to rural and underserved communities while making a meaningful impact on the oral health of Alaska Native and Southeast Alaska populations.
• Generous Time Off: 264 hours of PTO annually and 80 additional hours for continuing education.

Provides direct patient care to all patients 0‑18 years of age. Care will focus on beneficiaries of the SEARHC Dental Program and children eligible for Denali Kid Care (Alaska Medicaid for…
