Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated Manufacturing/Sales Engineer to support the production and sales of aggregates, concrete, and asphalt across multiple sites. This role works closely with operations, quality control, environmental, and finance teams to improve efficiency, communication, and compliance in manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

This role will require travel and work across multiple Southeast Alaska sites. We will provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support aggregate crushing, blasting, and scaling activities.
  • Manage production data, inventory audits, and month-end procedures.
  • Coordinate sales and production forecasts.
  • Assist with concrete mix designs, quotes, and material tracking.
  • Support asphalt plant operations and environmental documentation.
  • Deliver training and support to team members as needed.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of aggregate, concrete, and asphalt manufacturing.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in group settings and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency with industry software, including drone survey technology.
  • Experience in construction materials production and environmental compliance.
  • Promote, execute and adhere to the company s safety program.
