Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing/Process Engineer III is responsible for providing engineering production support including:
- Collecting, monitoring, analyzing, troubleshooting, and reporting manufacturing data related to performance in the areas of quality, cost, and speed/service to market.
- Regular on‑floor manufacturing support.
- Identifying and implementing process and technology improvements to maximize process performance.
- Investigating non‑conformances, CAPAs, process performance drifts and implementing corrective and preventative actions.
- Conducting technical assessments of change orders and Supplier Change Requests.
- Supporting and monitoring production to troubleshoot material, process, and equipment problems, including product loss and inefficiencies. Utilizing technical skills and analytical techniques such as structured data acquisition, data analysis, process capability analysis, SPC, and other statistical tools.
- Providing technical evaluations and support for Engineering Change Orders and Supplier Changes, including updates to specifications, drawings, procedures, and required operator training.
- Designing and developing equipment and processes for use in manufacturing products, including in‑house design or vendor components. Building and qualifying fixtures, machines, or equipment to facilitate manufacturing capability.
- Supporting the integration of new products into the manufacturing operation and providing input to Development and Operations on materials, processing, manufacture, and cost aspects of new products.
- Assisting in the validation of new and revised manufacturing processes and equipment, ensuring compliance with all applicable company standards, procedures, and specifications.
- Occasional travel required to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Continuous standing for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8‑hour day).
Qualifications- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical field.
- 5+ years in the medical device or pharmaceutical field or 3+ years with an advanced degree.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
This range may be modified in the future. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees. This job is eligible to participate in our short‑term incentive programs.
