Balearia HSC seeks a 1st Engineer for RoPax ferries to join aboard with a 2 months on / 2 months off rotational contract. Requires STCW
95, CoC A-III/2 and experience on passenger ships, preferably with Wartsila engines. English proficiency and strong safety leadership are essential for this onboard role.
Responsibilities include maintaining engine room watch, operating main/auxiliary engines, and coordinating maintenance with various departments. Alaska experience is a plus for this vessel class.
