Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years experience in slot machine maintenance or gaming technical operations
Minimum 3 years of supervisory or lead experience in a gaming or technical environment
Eligible for and able to obtain a Tribal Gaming License
Must pass background investigation per TGRA and National Indian Gaming Commission regulations
21 years of age or older with valid driver's license

Casino Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Experience in Casino or Tribal gaming operations
Certifications in slot machine repair or gaming technology
Familiarity with systems such as Aristocrat, IGT, Scientific Games, or Konami
Direct experience with casino openings or expansions

Assistant General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Oversee installation, maintenance, and optimal performance of all slot machines and systems
Supervise, train, and mentor a team of slot technicians, fostering a culture of accountability and guest service
Ensure strict compliance with gaming ordinances, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
Implement robust preventative maintenance programs and manage inventory of parts and equipment
Collaborate with vendors for repairs, upgrades, and new technology rollouts
Respond promptly to gaming floor issues, supporting both guests and staff to ensure a seamless experience
