Customer Service Associate

We don’t just sell and build new homes; we also manage teams, acquire land, manufacture materials, provide mortgages to our customers, and provide corporate support to NVR’s multi‑billion dollar business operations. As a Customer Service Associate at NVR, you will be an integral part of the team in the Material Add‑Order Call Center.

• Handle incoming emails and/or calls from contractors, costing managers, and project managers regarding material shortages
• Initiate delivery of material by researching material request specifics, entering shortage information, and applying reason codes to Add‑Order Forms
• Liaise with ASD, Procurement, Distributors, Contractors, and Homebuilding as needed to facilitate material deliveries
• Recommend ongoing best practices related to the call center

• 2+ years Administrative experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and an effective communicator
• High energy with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work effectively on a fast‑paced team in a professional environment
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is a plus
• Customer Service experience is a plus
• Residential home building knowledge is a plus
