Join our dynamic OCI Finance Spotlights Team, where you will play a vital role in driving financial excellence for our largest business segments and customers. As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will assist in managing P&Ls, conducting financial planning and modeling, and serving as a trusted advisor to OCI Leadership, all while optimizing business economics to support rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for OCI's business units.
  • Analyze actuals, metrics, trends, and forecasts, and compare results against previous periods to inform business decisions.
  • Build collaborative relationships within OCI Finance and Business teams to deliver high-quality, timely results.
  • Lead initiatives to improve financial processes, enhance accuracy, and increase operational efficiency while adhering to accounting guidelines.
  • Develop ad hoc financial models and identify opportunities for efficiency, particularly within the data center sector.
  • Work with the broader Oracle Financial community to gather and analyze information, resolve business issues, and support cross-functional projects.
  • Prepare financial presentations for stakeholders and manage quarterly reporting schedules.
  • Participate in quarter-end close processes in collaboration with Finance, Operations, and Business teams.
Preferred

Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Over 10 years of progressive finance experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud technology and infrastructure or experience supporting engineering teams.
  • Strong financial acumen along with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once while prioritizing effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $84,500 and $178,100 annually, with eligibility for bonuses and equity. Oracle offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability coverage, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with company matching.
