Job Description Summary
The Asset Management Analyst position is designed to execute enhanced asset management processes that pertain to our fleet management and revenue monitoring activities. The role provides data and analytics support to the asset team, enhances customer experience, supports growth initiatives, and increases sales. The analyst will execute projects within Asset Management that are key to orchestrating execution plans, ensuring accountability through cross‑functional ownership, and promoting Asset Management fundamentals and principles within the FMS and Dedicated Organization.
EssentialFunctions
- Responsible for Fleet Management and work on redeployment of assets within the team to prevent units from becoming NLE (No Longer Earning).
- Works cross‑functionally with other teams to achieve accurate tracking and reporting of assets.
- Create exception reporting to support Asset Management initiatives.
- Drive special projects as a lead analyst based on Asset Management needs.
- Track redeployment of vehicles from reserving to in‑service of the unit to the customer with coordination with local AM and reporting through AM‑centered programs (AMP).
- Coordinate and assist with key initiatives under the DTS product offering as needed.
- Fulfill asset requests, manage Rent‑to‑Lease (R2L), manage Surplus Vehicle Notice (SVN), Vehicle Change Notice (VCN); monitor Account I/S & O/S to control NYE and NLE; attend weekly calls to prevent billing errors on end bills and start bills.
- Review and conduct analysis of Fleet, Less‑than‑term, Flex Lease, Short Term Lease, Fast Track, VOSAWI while ensuring proper depreciation and salvage during the asset life cycle with local AMs.
- Provide creative solutioning, insight, and a plan of action to achieve AM goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with MSAccess, SQL, and/or Snowflake is a plus.
- Power BI experience is a plus.
- High energy, self‑motivated, and self‑directed, able to focus on multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, train, and develop others to understand the business model as it pertains to Asset Management.
- Ability to influence Asset Management and Sales leadership as well as peers.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with desired impact and effect to drive results.
- Strong presentation and analytical skills focused on managing assets, with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Flexibility to operate and self‑drive excel in a fast‑paced environment.
- Capable of multi‑tasking, highly organized, with excellent time‑management skills.

- Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Three (3) years or more in rental, operations, sales, or an industry‑related role.
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including relevant experience, education, work location, market data, internal equity, and salary ranges. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan based on level and type.
Pay Type: Salaried
Minimum Pay Range: 50,000
Maximum Pay Range: 60,000
