Senior Commercial Review Appraiser

The  
** Credit Administration
** team is responsible for company-wide credit oversight, including credit quality, policy, administration and credit related processes, with a focus on loan portfolio management and reporting, including segmentation and assessment of our exposures under normal and stressed scenarios.

Within Credit Administration, the  
** Appraisal Review
** team supports Commercial, Small Business and Consumer Lending. As a Senior Commercial Review Appraiser, you will ensure compliance with the valuation of real property as outlined in federal regulations and bank policy in order to mitigate risk.

** _How you will spend your time:_*
* + You will solicit bids from qualified appraisers, engage appraisals, and act as liaison during the appraisal process with appraisers and internal customers.

+ You will complete internal evaluations and validations of commercial real estate properties.

+ You will review and validate appraisals of complex and higher-risk commercial property types

* + You possess a Bachelor's degree

+ You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in appraising and/or reviewing appraisals for commercial and/or residential real estate properties.

+ You are a state certified general commercial appraiser

+ Demonstrated ability to effectively apply bank policy and regulatory requirements to daily responsibilities.
