Senior/Business Support Specialist

Hybrid location (office/remote), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Full‑time, 8‑hour shift.

• Support Sales, Marketing and Product Management with compelling performance comparisons and trend analyses of the Federated Hermes suite of products versus competitors.
• Collaborate with Product Management & Marketing to identify new and cogent sales ideas and communicate them alongside product trends to enhance selling opportunities of Federated Hermes investment solutions.
• Support department efforts and client‑facing deliverables by extracting data and preparing information as requested using various systems.
• Support senior management in creating and automating recurring reports assessing product performance and industry data.

• High School Diploma with related experience required;
  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Marketing preferred.
• 1+ year of related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding or interest in investment products/mutual funds and the investment management industry.
• Familiarity with analytical tools including Excel and Python as well as third‑party financial databases such as Morningstar, eVestment, Bloomberg, etc., preferred.
